The Supervisory Board of RENELL Wertpapierhandelsbank AG appointed Michael Puschmann as a Memeber of the Management Board with effect from June 23, 2022. He will form a dual leadership together with Board Member Andreas Leonhardt.
Marc Renell left the Company´s Management Board on the same date.
Michael Puschmann has been active in the financial sector since 1988. In addition to a Board Member Position at Finacor Rabe AG, he also worked for more than 11 years as a Head of Bond Trading and authorised signatory at Baader Bank AG. He will be in charge of building up the Brokerage, Asset Management and Corporate Finance Market Devisions.
Andreas Leonhardt has been a Member of the Bank´s Management Board since July 2020 and is responsible for the Back Office. From 2003 till 2011, he headed the finance devision at MainFirst Bank AG, after which he served as a Board Member of Bankhaus Main (until 2013).
Commenting on Michael Puschmann´s appointment, Supervisor Board Chairman Jan Liepe mentioned: “With the appoinment of Michael Puschmann to the Managament Board of RENELL we are setting the course for sustainable growth in all business areas of the Bank.”
